Do NOT send by email as the police, especially the MET police, are notorious for having glitches in their computer system that loses emails. They will simply say they have not received them for a number of reasons. Also do NOT hand in or post to any other police station as they will simply give it back as the crime was not committed in their police area. It was committed in the Metropolitan police district at Westminster and that is why it must be reported to them. Print off or screen shot the two main offences being alleged.
