Dozens of inmates at an Iowa prison were sickened after they were given overdoses of the COVID-19 vaccine - April 25, 2021

Staff at the Iowa State Penitentiary in Fort Madison administered COVID-19 vaccine overdoses to 77 inmates, the Department of Corrections confirmed to The New York Times and other outlets.

The inmates, at least some of whom fell ill from side affects, were given six times the amount of the Pfizer vaccine they should have received.

French Vaxx Center ‘Mistakenly’ Injects 140 People With Normal Saline Solution- April 24, 2021

 A vaccination center at Reims University Hospital in the town of Epernay, France mistakenly jabbed 140 people with what was supposed to be the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine – but instead, they received a dose of normal saline solution.

The erroneous ‘salt’ shot administered to the unsuspecting French people is made of sodium chloride dissolved in water.

This latest medical mix-up follows reports of other vaccine goers who mistakenly received the saline shots, including at a Walgreen’s in North Carolina and a Kroger Foods in Virginia.

As health officials begin to worry that vaccine supply may soon start to outpace vaccine demand, an informed public might be wondering just how rampant these pandemic shot misfires have been since emergency use was authorized late last year.

Two patients in Queensland nursing home given wrong dose of vaccine 
February 24, 2021 

A Queensland nurse's quick action has prevented more aged care residents from receiving overdoses of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.

Two elderly residents were on Tuesday given four times the intended dose by a doctor who was contracted to administer the jabs as part of the federal government's portion of the vaccine rollout.

He is facing investigation over whether he completed mandatory training and has been stood down from the vaccine rollout.

Coronavirus: German care home workers accidentally given vaccine overdose- 28 December 2020 

An oversight has led to eight care workers at a residential home on the north German coast receiving five times the recommended dose of the vaccine. Four were taken to hospital after developing flu-like symptoms.

 And the made up science , Mix and Match also planned in other countries. Not only not tested but this arbitrary  age  is made up. If one wants science  and ethically  practice medicine one  administers on an individual basis ie medical history,  body weight, pregnancy status etc.

German expert panel says under-60s who got first AstraZeneca shot should receive DIFFERENT vaccine for second jab - 2 April 2021  

A German expert panel has recommended those who received one AstraZeneca jab should take another vaccine as their second dose, since the British jab’s side effects could be more dangerous than taking two different products.

So far, no data are available on the risk of the second vaccination [with AstraZeneca],” the expert panel admits, adding that “scientific evidence” on safety and effectiveness of vaccination with two different jabs is also lacking. Still, STIKO recommended the second option for that age group.

French under-55s given AstraZeneca shot to get different vaccine for second dose- April 9, 2021

 France on Friday said under 55s who received a first injection of the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine should be given a jab from a different producer for their second dose, a ruling affecting more than 500,000 people.

France's national health authority HAS last month said the AstraZeneca vaccine should only be given to those aged 55 and over because of reports of potentially deadly blood clots in a very small number of those younger people vaccinated.

Officials in France initially said that those given the AstraZeneca jab in a first dose should go ahead with the second jab even if aged under 55.

But the HAS said that those aged under 55 who had been given the AstraZeneca as their first dose would now get the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine as their second course.

France has been injecting health workers as a priority group meaning that many younger people have already received the AstraZeneca jab.
